- Box Office Manager / Staff / Training: We offer trained box office managers and staff who are well-versed in the PTIX system. If you prefer using your own staff, we provide training in gate management and ticket validation.
- Event Sales: Our box office workers can process orders seamlessly through the PTIX system, whether it's cash or credit transactions. We manage the float, taking away any hassle during gate management.
- Order Lookup: If a customer misplaces their ticket, our staff can access their order and admit them. Lost your ticket? Find your order here.
- Wristbanding / Seating / Ushering: For valid event entry, we recommend PTIX tools like wristbands for reentry and usher staff for seated events, ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.
- Scanning Features: Our online scanning admission tool ensures valid entry for each ticket, preventing duplicate use. PTIX staff can scan up to 10 eTickets per minute, ensuring rapid entry for large-scale events. We offer compatibility with existing event organizer gear or provide a full package of scanning gear.
- Accreditation: Our fully functional accreditation, registration, and management system streamline credential processing. Registrants receive an accreditation badge with a QR code for scanning through our CodeREADr app, ensuring efficient access control at multiple entry points.
